To secure a collection, a $100 uniform reservation fee is required, which reserves your chosen collection for 14 days. Please note that this fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from your final invoice. Reservations are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our Stay Other administrators will reach out to start your onboarding process on the Stay Other Portal. You can conveniently access all your project details in the portal!

With each rental, Stay Other provides a complimentary one-time standard ground shipping to you. When the rental period ends, it's your responsibility to pack and return the uniforms to Stay Other. Please use the same packaging for your return!
