ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to serve as the bridge between our clients and our creative production teams. This role ensures every customer interaction reflects the Stay Other standard-  professional, empathetic, and detail-driven.

You’ll help manage project onboarding, handle inquiries, coordinate order details, and maintain ongoing communication with clients, schools, and performance programs. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and passionate about helping others bring their creative visions to life.

This role can be remote, hybrid, or on-site in Pomona — we’re flexible for the right person.

Scope:

The Customer Experience Specialist acts as the communication hub between clients and internal departments, managing orders, updates, and expectations with professionalism and empathy.

This role ensures that every customer’s journey—from inquiry to delivery—reflects Stay Other’s brand promise of craftsmanship with purpose and people first, always.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout every project stage.
• Manage customer inquiries via email, phone, or the Stay Other project portal.
• Assist with order setup, updates, and delivery coordination.
• Track project timelines and proactively follow up on next steps with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with design, production, and operations to resolve customer questions or concerns efficiently.
• Document and maintain client information, project notes, and communication logs in CRM/project management tools.

• Support billing, quoting, and order verification processes as needed.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in customer experience by identifying workflow or communication enhancements.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or client coordination (creative, apparel, or production industry a plus).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities — able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRMs, or project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello, etc.).
• Empathetic and solutions-oriented approach to customer interactions.
• Self-motivated and reliable whether working remotely or on-site.
• Passion for creativity, performance, and supporting artists.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Production Assistant to join our fast-paced studio in Pomona, CA. This hands-on role supports our sewing, cutting, and fulfillment teams to ensure each project is completed efficiently and accurately. SCOPE

The Production Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of Stay Other’s in-house manufacturing studio, assisting with garment preparation, assembly, and quality control to ensure projects are completed on schedule and at the highest level of craftsmanship.

This role directly contributes to the company’s mission to “Empower performance through precision, creativity, and integrity” by upholding production standards that bring our clients’ creative visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

‍

• Assist in day-to-day production operations, including cutting, trimming, sorting, labeling, and packaging garments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor, workstations, and storage areas.
• Support equipment setup and breakdown for print, cut, and sewing teams.
• Monitor materials and inventory; communicate shortages or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the Production Lead and Operations Director to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Assist in quality control inspections to ensure garments meet Stay Other standards for precision and craftsmanship.
• Help prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate fulfillment tasks as needed.
• Uphold safety and workflow procedures on the production floor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or technical training a plus).
• Ability to stand, bend, lift (up to 30 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple areas of production.
• Reliability — punctuality and accountability are essential.
• Prior experience in apparel production, manufacturing, or hands-on creative environments preferred, but not required.
