When you place an order here, you're reserving a rental period for the full collection shown — not purchasing the uniforms. Your payment covers use of this collection for the rental term you'll finalize with our team. The uniforms themselves are not for sale.

Payment for the full collection is collected at checkout. You'll receive a confirmation, and our customer service team will onboard you into the Stay Other Client Portal, where your order details and Rental Contract live. Rental duration is chosen when the contract is executed with our team — not at checkout — and your rental period begins on the date stated in your signed Rental Contract, not the date of purchase.

Care and cleaning instructions are provided in the Client Portal and outlined in your Rental Contract. All uniforms are due back by the return date on your contract, washed and in their original condition. Damaged or missing items are charged at full replacement cost, and uniforms returned unwashed incur a cleaning charge, as agreed in the Rental Contract.
